About The Role
This role at Quantara AI is a unique opportunity for a Technical Product Manager / Product Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of the company's platform capabilities. Unlike traditional product management roles, this position emphasizes a balanced combination of product leadership and hands-on technical execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product development from initial concept through to launch and subsequent iterations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
The role involves approximately 50% strategic leadership—defining product vision, planning roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams—and 50% technical involvement—working directly with engineering teams to develop features, review implementations, troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and validate outcomes. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrate ownership, remove blockers proactively, and work effectively across distributed teams, including offshore engineering groups. Collaboration with stakeholders such as engineers, AI/ML specialists, QA, DevOps, UX designers, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams is essential to ensure seamless product delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over seven years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, or Product Delivery within enterprise SaaS environments. Proven success in delivering complex SaaS products from concept to production is essential. A strong hands-on technical background is required, enabling direct contributions to development, testing, and release validation processes. Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, especially in startup or high-growth settings, is highly valued, along with skills in improving engineering execution, delivery velocity, and release quality.
Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination abilities are necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively across different time zones is crucial. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent practical background is required.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product delivery lifecycle from initial concept through to post-launch enhancements.
- Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Act as Product Owner and Scrum Master as needed to facilitate smooth development workflows.
- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate engineering efforts to develop features, review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and validate solutions.
- Perform comprehensive testing including functional, user acceptance, integration, and release validation to ensure product quality.
- Review features before deployment to ensure they meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as AI/ML, QA, DevOps, UX, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor delivery milestones, proactively identify risks, and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather feedback, validate requirements, and support implementations.
- Analyze platform usage, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform continuous improvement of the product roadmap.
- Work across different time zones, including U.S. and offshore teams, to ensure ongoing progress and communication.
- Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, quality, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
