🚀 Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with mandatory experience in leading AI/ML projects to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical acumen, hands-on experience managing AI/ML-driven programs, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects along with other technology initiatives (cloud, backend, frontend, data engineering)
- Drive execution by managing cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure successful alignment of AI/ML solutions with business objectives
- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Drive Agile execution (Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, delivery tracking)
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
💡 Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- ✔️ Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects (MANDATORY)
- ✔️ Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (model development, deployment, monitoring)
- ✔️ Experience managing data-driven / analytics projects
- ✔️ Good technical understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Backend & frontend technologies
- Data engineering concepts
- ✔️ Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery management
- ✔️ Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
