🚀 Technical Project Manager – SaaS Implementation & Delivery (IC | US Clients | EST Remote)
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead enterprise SaaS implementation consulting and client delivery for US customers. This role owns end-to-end implementation execution across integrations, onboarding, and go-live delivery.
⚠️ This is a pure IC role (no people management) focused on hands-on delivery execution, client alignment, and technical implementation ownership.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation for enterprise US clients (EST timezone alignment required)
- Own client-facing delivery execution, solution alignment, and implementation strategy
- Drive API and system integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data workflows)
- Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans with engineering teams
- Manage project execution across onboarding, UAT, deployment, and production go-live
- Act as single point of contact for client stakeholders and internal technical teams
- Provide clear status reporting including risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent implementations
🎯 Must-Have Skills & Experience
- SaaS implementation consulting background (mandatory)
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products for US or global clients
- Strong exposure to API/integration-heavy implementations (REST APIs, system-to-system integration)
- Experience in client-facing technical project delivery (IC ownership, not coordination only)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery (Jira, Confluence, sprint planning)
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across engineering + clients
➕ Good to Have
- Experience in Professional Services / SaaS consulting firms
- Exposure to workflow automation or enterprise data platforms
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP basics)
- PMP / Scrum certifications
