· Must be based in India and able to support US business hours Daily availability with overlap until 2:00 PM EST

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate data warehouse initiatives and Power BI reporting projects for a US-based client. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of modern data platforms, proven experience managing Agile teams, and the ability to run effective standups and ceremonies while coordinating across global stakeholders. This role requires daily overlap with US Eastern Time and strong communication skills to ensure smooth delivery of complex data and analytics programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data warehouse and analytics projects
- Coordinate development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms
- Support Power BI reporting initiatives, dashboard delivery, and analytics use cases
- Run daily standup meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Act as primary liaison between US stakeholders and offshore technical teams
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Monitor team performance and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum
- Facilitate requirement discussions and translate business needs into actionable tasks
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication artifacts
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in IT or data-related programs
- Proven experience managing data warehouse or BI projects
- Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, and analytics workflows
- Hands-on experience supporting Power BI implementations and reporting projects
- Demonstrated experience running Agile teams and Scrum ceremonies
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams supporting US clients
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
