Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager – AI Programs to lead and deliver AI and data-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. This role requires translating complex AI initiatives into executable plans while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Job Description / Duties And Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:-
- Lead end-to-end project management for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science programs
from initiation to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders
to ensure alignment.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for AI programs.
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination where applicable.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for AI teams.
- Ensure data privacy, security, ethical AI, and compliance considerations are addressed within
projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model
development, deployment, and monitoring.
Job Description
- Drive continuous improvement in AI delivery processes and best practices.
- Experience as Product owner
- 5+years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3+ years managing AI, ML, or data driven projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development,
deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
