Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Micron Project Site)
Preferred Candidate: should be local from Ahmedabad
Experience: 3-5 years in the same field
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Coordinator who can drive execution on-ground for a large-scale datacenter / IT infrastructure project (Micron – Ahmedabad). This is not a passive tracking role — you will be the central control point ensuring coordination between customer, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Ownership
Drive day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines are met
Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks proactively
Push teams for closure
Coordination & Communication
Act as single point of coordination between:
Customer team
Internal technical teams
OEMs / Vendors
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Meetings & Reporting
Conduct weekly review meetings (WRM) and daily sync calls if required
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), action trackers, and follow-ups
Documentation & Tracking
Maintain:
Project tracker (Excel / tools)
Risk & issue logs
Documentation repository (designs, approvals, reports)
Ensure all project documentation is structured and audit-ready
Technical Coordination
Understand and coordinate activities related to:
Networking (Cisco devices, switching, routing)
Work closely with engineers to ensure technical alignment with project goals
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3–8 years in IT Infrastructure / Datacenter Projects
Strong understanding of:
Cisco networking devices
Switching, routing, basic network architecture
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
Strong coordination & stakeholder management ability
Good working knowledge of Excel (trackers, reporting, dashboards)
