🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Mobile App Delivery (REMOTE)
🌍 100% Remote Opportunity | Service-Based Delivery Environment
We’re looking for a high-caliber Project Manager who has grown from a core development background into a managerial role and is currently hands-on in delivering mobile applications.
This is not a coordination-only role - we need someone who understands technology deeply and leads delivery with ownership.
🔹 “Ideal Candidate Profile” (Must-Haves)
✦ Started your career as a core developer (mobile/web) and transitioned into Project Management
✦ Currently actively involved in mobile app delivery (not just oversight)
✦ Strong experience in service-based delivery models
✦ Someone who takes ownership, challenges teams, and drives outcomes
🔹 What You’ll Own (Delivery & Execution)
✦ End-to-end ownership of mobile application delivery (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
✦ Manage multiple client projects in a service-based environment
✦ Ensure delivery is on-time, on-budget, and high quality
✦ Drive sprint planning, estimations, backlog grooming, and releases
✦ Proactively manage risks, scope, and change requests
🔹 Technical & SDLC Ownership
✦ Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
✦ Work closely with developers, QA, and architects on feasibility and execution
✦ Validate estimates, review technical approaches, and challenge assumptions
✦ Ensure best practices across testing, deployment, and post-release support
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management
✦ Primary point of contact for clients across the engagement lifecycle
✦ Lead client calls with clarity and confidence
✦ Manage expectations and communicate risks transparently
✦ Handle escalations while maintaining strong client relationships
🔹 Team Leadership & Governance
✦ Lead cross-functional teams with accountability and clarity
✦ Drive ethical delivery — no over-commitments, no shortcuts
✦ Track delivery metrics, team performance, and productivity
✦ Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes
✅ Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✦ 3+ years as a Project Manager in a service-based software company
✦ Delivered 10+ mobile applications to production
✦ Strong exposure to iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter
✦ Hands-on involvement in mobile app delivery (current role)
✦ Strong Agile/Scrum understanding
✦ Excellent communication (client-facing role)
✦ Experience working with global clients (US/UK preferred)
⭐ Nice to Have
✦ Engineering background or strong technical foundation
✦ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps
✦ Exposure to cloud deployments & app store releases
✦ PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications
