We are seeking a high-caliber leader to bridge the gap between deep-tech engineering and strategic product vision. This role is ideal for someone who can architect product roadmaps, manage complex delivery cycles, and translate technical insights into scalable, market-ready products. You will own and drive the lifecycle of high-scale products across Telecom, IoT, Infrastructure, and AI-driven Healthcare domains.
Key Responsibilities-
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute a 24-month product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Drive innovation and future-state product strategy.
Technical Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end product execution and delivery.
- Drive scalable releases and maintain delivery velocity.
- Resolve bottlenecks and improve technical efficiency.
AI & Data Leadership
- Analyze and translate complex data flows into technical solutions.
- Lead AI Agent and autonomous workflow integration initiatives.
- Drive future-ready intelligent product ecosystems.
Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Collaborate with GTM teams for product launches.
- Capture field feedback and incorporate enhancements into products.
- Improve product-market fit and customer adoption.
Product Portfolio Ownership-
Telecom & Satellite
- Manage systems focused on Private LTE, RAN packet processing, and satellite data distribution.
Infrastructure Observability
- Lead telemetry-based routing and performance analysis systems.
Industrial IoT
- Consolidate legacy machinery data into modern insights and dashboards.
AI Healthcare Systems
- Own decision-support systems using EMR and clinical datasets.
Required Skills-
- 10-15 Years of Technical Product Management / Program Management experience
- Strong Telecom domain expertise (RAN, Private LTE, Telecom Architectures)
- Hands-on understanding of IoT architectures
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS / Cloud environments
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Autonomous Agents
- Experience with large-scale distributed products
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies
Preferred Skills-
- Experience with telemetry, observability, and routing systems
- Exposure to edge-native architectures
- Background in Healthcare or Infrastructure domains
- Experience with GTM strategy and product scaling
