Technical Program Manager / Industry Practice Head – iHub/Institutions
Location: Coimbatore

Education: Any UG/PG
Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced TPM / Industry Practice Head to lead large-scale services and
product development initiatives for institutions. This role involves mentoring teams, establishing
industry best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead multiple services and product development projects from initiation to delivery.
● Define project frameworks, processes, and success metrics to standardize execution.
● Mentor project managers, HoDs, and team leads to strengthen capabilities across the
organization.
● Collaborate with institutional stakeholders, internal teams, and cross-functional partners for
seamless execution.
● Ensure thorough documentation of project plans, progress, performance, and risk
management.
● Monitor project quality and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and
outcomes.
● Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
● Strong knowledge of product and service development, SDLC, and user-centered design
principles.
● Exposure to programming (Java, Python, MERN/MEAN), Cloud, DevOps, Testing,
AI/LLM/Data Science, and automation tools.
● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
● PMP, CSM, CAPM, Prince2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.
Soft Skills:
● Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
