At Spinny, we’re building the most trusted and seamless way to buy and sell cars. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for Technical Program Managers (TPM 1 / TPM 2) who can drive complex cross-functional programs and bring structure, predictability, and excellence to execution.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

🔹 Role Overview
As a TPM at Spinny, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of key product and technology initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution aligned with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of programs with complete accountability for timelines, scope, and quality
- Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and governance across multiple parallel initiatives
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution trackers
- Create and manage centralized dashboards (Jira/Sheets/BI tools) to provide real-time visibility on progress
- Define and track delivery KPIs such as Say-Do ratio, velocity, cycle time, SLA adherence, and release predictability
- Publish weekly/monthly program reports, leadership updates, and review decks with clear insights and risks
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene in tracking tools (Jira, dashboards, reports)
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks with clear action plans
- Drive cross-team coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Business, and external stakeholders
- Ensure clear scope definition, prioritization, and change management across programs
- Own sprint planning rigor, backlog readiness, and milestone tracking (Dev Done, QA Signoff, Release, etc.)
- Facilitate regular cadences like sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and leadership reviews
- Enable teams with automation, process improvements, and scalable tracking mechanisms
- Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and roadmap alignment with business priorities
- Ensure strong governance and escalation management for timely decision-making
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, reporting efficiency, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI in program management workflows (report generation, risk prediction, data insights, etc.)
- Continuously improve execution efficiency, predictability, and delivery maturity across teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Program Management / Delivery Management / TPM roles
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Business, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, dashboards, and delivery tracking metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, data analysis tools) and their application in day-to-day workflows
- Mindset to leverage AI for productivity, reporting, insights, and decision-making
- Prior experience in high-growth startups / tech-driven companies is a plus

- Exposure to data-driven program management and automation
- Experience in roadmap planning, capacity planning, and release management
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, workflow automation, or GenAI use cases in product/tech teams
