Job details:
Who You Are
You are a Senior Technical Program Manager with 5–8 years of experience operating at the
intersection of engineering, product, and business operations. You are comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders, deeply understand how backend systems and platforms are built, and can translate ambiguous workflows into well-structured, scalable programs using technology.
You think in terms of platform capabilities, not just features, and bring strong ownership,
execution rigor, and communication clarity to everything you drive.
Responsibilities
● Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team platform initiatives from idea to launch.
● Turn business workflows (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sourcing, Sales) into scalable platform capabilities, clear system flows, and execution plans.
● Partner with engineering on APIs, async workflows, integrations, and service boundaries.
● Drive prioritization across features, platform foundations, and tech debt to enable long-term scale.
● Keep business, product, and engineering teams aligned with clarity on trade-offs, risks, and impact.
● Anticipate risks early, unblock teams, and ensure smooth launches and track adoption.
Qualifications
Required
● 5–8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles, operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and business/operations teams.
● Proven experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Partners) and translating real-world workflows into clear, buildable product and platform requirements.
● Strong ability to productize operational processes — turning manual, fragmented, or people-driven workflows into scalable system flows and platform capabilities.
● Solid understanding of APIs, async processing, and service-based architectures, with the ability to reason about system interactions, dependencies, and failure scenarios (without writing production code).
● Demonstrated ability to drive cross-team prioritization and programs, execution discipline, and delivery predictability in complex environments.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs in business terms.
● High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action, clarity, and outcomes.
Nice to Have:
● Prior experience in operations-heavy or workflow-driven domains (e.g., logistics, healthcare, fintech ops, marketplaces, compliance-heavy systems).
● Experience driving programs that span multiple internal systems and external integrations.
● Exposure to environments where scale, regulatory constraints, or operational correctness materially influence system design.
