đ About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Product Operations, and Business Execution.
Youâll own delivery across complex, cross-functional initiativesâworking closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Youâll bring structure to ambiguity, align strong stakeholders, and ensure execution doesnât stall.
You wonât just track progressâyouâll make progress happen.
⥠What Youâll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple programsâfrom planning to execution and closure
- Act as the single source of truth for timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Run Jira like an expertâbuild workflows, manage boards, and create dashboards teams actually use
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become escalations
- Translate business goals into execution plansâand execution into clear leadership updates
- Influence without authorityâholding teams accountable through clarity and follow-through

What Weâre Looking For
- 5â6 years of experience in Program Management / Product Ops / Business roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Jira (workflow creation, dashboards, project setup)
- Exposure to Sales or product-facing environments (GTM, CRM, product lifecycle)
- Confident communicatorâcomfortable pushing back with data and logic
- Problem-solver mindsetâable to navigate ambiguity without waiting for direction
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
â Good to Have
- Experience with Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, Mobility, or Startup ecosystems
- Experience with OKRs, stakeholder reporting, or executive dashboards
- PMP / PgMP / SAFe certifications (optional)
