About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong SAP background to lead and deliver complex, business‑critical projects. This role involves driving the implementation of an in‑house backup solution and managing the full project lifecycle while working closely with global stakeholders.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Strong SAP program/project management background
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive delivery
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of an in‑house backup solution (Snappy).
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.
- Work closely with stakeholders, partners, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall project outcomes.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a proactive, problem‑solving, “customer‑first” mindset.
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
- Provide oversight on planning, estimation, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Select, guide, and mentor team members aligned with project goals.

- Candidates must be available within 1–2 weeks.
- Fully remote role from India, supporting European time zone.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
