We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive engineering execution while working directly with clients.
This role sits between:
- engineering teams,
- delivery/program management,
- and client communication.
You won’t code daily, but you should understand systems deeply enough to: spot risks, challenge estimates, unblock teams, and lead technical conversations confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Manage delivery of 1–3 concurrent engineering programs
- Run Agile ceremonies and track execution across teams
- Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, DevOps & cloud teams
- Work closely with external clients on timelines, risks, and delivery updates
- Identify blockers early and drive resolution
- Review technical approaches with engineers and architects
- Ensure smooth releases, documentation, and delivery quality
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years managing software projects/programs
- Experience owning projects from planning → production release
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Technical understanding
- Good understanding of:
- web applications,
- APIs,
- cloud infrastructure,
- CI/CD,
- DevOps workflows
- Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes basics
- Able to understand code, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
Client communication
- Comfortable handling client-facing technical discussions
- Able to manage expectations, risks, and escalations professionally
