Technical Program Manager – CAD Automation

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level CAD automation initiatives for engineering teams. This role combines technical leadership with program management, requiring hands-on experience in CAD automation, engineering systems, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CAD automation programs from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Convert business requirements into technical requirements and architecture plans.
- Drive program execution through SDLC and engineering phase gates.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, CAD administrators, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Review code, manage technical risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support engineering productivity through automation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 7–14 years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Strong hands-on CAD Automation experience.
- Expertise in NX Open OR Creo Toolkit (one is mandatory).
- Programming experience in C#, C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience in CAD/PDM/PLM environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Teamcenter ITK / SOA / Active Workspace.
- SQL, Web Services, XML.
- Azure exposure.
- GenAI / AI automation experience.
