Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Sr. TPM / TPM to lead merchant implementations, API integrations, and checkout rollouts end-to-end.
This is a deep execution role at the intersection of:
- Merchant tech teams
- Snapmint engineering
- Product & risk systems
- Checkout experience optimization
You will own the lifecycle from integration scoping → technical alignment → go-live → performance stabilization.
What You Will Own:
1. Merchant Integration Execution
- Drive end-to-end implementation of Snapmint Checkout APIs across D2C and enterprise merchants
- Align on integration architecture (API, SDK, webhooks, payment flows)
- Coordinate with merchant tech teams for sandbox testing and production launch
- Ensure SLAs for go-live timelines
2. Technical Rollouts & System Changes
- Manage rollouts of EMI visibility enhancements
- Credit decisioning changes
- Risk rule deployments
- Checkout UX updates
- Payment gateway integrations
- Coordinate backend + frontend dependencies
- Ensure backward compatibility and minimal merchant disruption
3. Cross-Functional Dependency Management
- Act as the single-threaded owner across Engineering, Product, Risk, Merchant Success, and Business
- Track technical blockers and resolve escalation loops
- Maintain structured integration trackers & dashboards
4. Go-Live & Stabilization
- Oversee UAT validation and sign-offs
- Monitor post-launch metrics: EMI penetration, Conversion rate, Order success rate, API error rates
- Lead RCA if performance drops post implementation
5. Scalability & Process Improvement
- Build standardized integration playbooks
- Improve time-to-live for merchants
- Reduce implementation friction
- Create reusable documentation & governance frameworks
Who You Are For TPM (3–5 years):
- Experience in API integrations / payment gateway rollouts / SaaS implementation
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, system dependencies
- Experience working with merchant tech teams
- Strong execution and follow-through mindset
For Sr. TPM (6–10 years):
- Experience handling enterprise-scale integrations
- Deep understanding of payments / fintech / checkout systems
- Proven track record of managing concurrent complex implementations
- Strong ability to drive external stakeholder alignment
- Experience handling integration escalations & SLA governance
