Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Professional based in Chennai. The Technical Professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting machinery issues, ensuring timely and effective customer service and analyzing technical problems to provide optimal solutions. The role requires consistent communication with clients to understand and resolve their technical challenges as efficiently as possible.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and maintain high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or technical knowledge in the maritime, machinery or industrial sector is advantageous
