We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong software engineering background who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and product launches.
- Work with customers to understand pain points and continuously improve the product.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, product management, or technical business analysis.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs (REST/GraphQL), microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), databases, and modern software architecture.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
Nice to Have
- CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, or PMP certification.
- Background in hospitality, restaurant technology, retail, POS, loyalty, or digital commerce platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Google Analytics.
