About TrustLogix
TrustLogix provides an AI-aware data security and access governance platform that centralizes management of privacy, security, and data access policies across cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and more. Our platform enables enterprises to secure data access for both human users and AI agents through fine-grained, policy-based controls — ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks.
Our product suite includes TrustAI (AI agent security with kill-switch policies), TrustDSPM (Data Security Posture Management), and TrustAccess (centralized access governance). We serve Fortune 500 companies in financial services, healthcare, technology, and retail, and are backed by strategic partnerships with Snowflake and Databricks.
We are on a mission to transform into a fully AI-native platform — and this role is central to that transformation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager based in India who will own and drive the product lifecycle for TrustLogix data security and AI governance solutions. This is not a traditional PM role — you will operate at the intersection of data security, cloud platforms, and agentic AI, helping shape a product that protects enterprises in the AI era.
You will work directly with customers to accelerate adoption, provide product expertise to our marketing team, and translate complex security and AI requirements into actionable engineering specifications. You will use modern AI development lifecycle tools to write product vision documents, define requirements, and scope sprints and projects.
What You Will Do
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TrustLogix data security and AI governance solutions
• Drive the AI-native transformation of TrustLogix products, incorporating agentic AI patterns, LLM security, and RAG pipeline governance into the product architecture
• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities
• Stay ahead of evolving threats and emerging standards in data security, AI governance, and authorization frameworks (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC)
• Defining policy engine logic for AI agents
Requirements & Engineering Collaboration
• Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI development lifecycle tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Linear, Notion AI)
• Scope sprints and projects, prioritize backlogs, and manage delivery in an Agile environment
• Partner closely with engineering teams to translate complex data security and AI requirements into scalable, high-quality features
• Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs to measure feature impact and adoption
Customer Engagement & Adoption
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their data security challenges, gather feedback, and drive adoption of TrustLogix solutions
• Conduct customer discovery interviews, run preview/beta programs, and build feedback loops into the product development process
• Support customer onboarding and implementation for Snowflake, Databricks, and multi-cloud data environments
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, synthesizing insights for engineering, leadership, and GTM teams
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Support
• Provide deep product expertise to product marketing teams for content creation, positioning, competitive battle cards, and analyst briefings
• Support sales enablement with technical demos, ROI narratives, and product collateral
• Contribute to thought leadership content (blog posts, whitepapers, webinars) that positions TrustLogix as a leader in AI-era data security
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise security, data platforms, or cloud-native applications
• Deep domain expertise in data security, access control, data governance, or data privacy — with hands-on experience in platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC, fine-grained entitlements) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, SOX)
• Demonstrated ability to write crisp PRDs, scope sprints, and manage Agile delivery end-to-end
• Experience engaging enterprise customers in discovery, adoption support, and feedback collection
• Experience defining RESTful API contracts and working with SDKs.
• Understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML architectures.
• Experience with SQL and querying large datasets for product insights.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for product management workflows — including AI-assisted PRD writing, prototyping, and sprint planning (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Notion AI, Linear)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML product management — understanding of LLM architectures, agentic AI patterns, RAG pipelines, and AI safety/governance
• Prior experience at a data security vendor or data platform company (Immuta, Privacera, Satori, Cyera, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
• Familiarity with non-human identity management and authorization for AI agents
• Experience working with global/distributed teams across US and India time zones
• Background in consulting or solutions engineering with Fortune 500 enterprise customers
• Master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree
Why TrustLogix
• Ground-floor opportunity to shape the product direction of an AI-native data security platform
• Strategic partnerships with Snowflake and Databricks — access to cutting-edge cloud data ecosystems
• Influence the security architecture that protects enterprises adopting AI agents, LLMs, and generative AI
• Competitive compensation, equity participation, and professional development opportunities
AI-Native Work Culture
At TrustLogix, we practice what we preach. We expect every team member — especially product managers — to integrate AI tools deeply into their daily workflows:
• Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping and technical exploration
• Leverage LLMs for drafting PRDs, competitive analysis, customer communication, and sprint documentation
• Apply AI-powered analytics for product usage insights, customer behavior analysis, and market intelligence
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI development lifecycle tools that improve product velocity
