Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong Java development background to drive product delivery and collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should understand batch-based solutions, product backlog management, and Agile delivery, while being able to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product development backlog.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and manage Epics in JIRA/ALM across the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts to refine requirements.
- Lead story elaboration and backlog refinement sessions.
- Define release scope and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high-quality product documentation, traceability matrix, and release metrics.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders and customers.
- Support the development team with technical understanding of Java-based batch solutions.
- Drive Agile/SCRUM best practices across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or similar roles.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Java Developer (strong understanding of Java-based systems).
- Experience with batch processing solutions and enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA/ALM for backlog and epic management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
