RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own a product area end-to-end: decide what to build, write the spec, take features from prototype to shipment with the team
• Build and test AI-driven features as a core part of the product, not an add-on
• Write code to prototype and unblock yourself
• Use AI tools daily to research, prototype, and validate ideas before engineering time is spent, including AI coding tools such as Cursor / Claude Code / Replit
• Translate technical capabilities into UX
• Talk to users, understand their problems, and make the calls on how to solve them
• Define success metrics, run experiments, analyze results, and report what shipped accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
• 0–3 years in product, or an early-career operator, engineer, or AI researcher who has already been doing the work
• Ability to write code: Comfortable reading and writing code well enough to build a working prototype - using React/Python/Mongo
• Clear structured thinking and strong written communication
• Practical, hands-on use of LLMs and AI tools in your work
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
NOTE:
• We are open to the right intern candidate as well. Strong interns can convert to full-time.
