About the Role
Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager (10+) to lead the development of AI-powered products and platforms from concept to scale. This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business — owning strategy, execution, and stakeholder management across fast-moving client engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience building products from 0→1, scaling platforms, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact digital and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and scale.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, and execution plans.
- Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, architecture discussions, and technical feasibility.
- Drive Agile execution across multiple product initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Partner directly with global clients for requirement discussions, product demos, and feedback loops.
- Build scalable digital products, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams on product use cases involving Gen AI, automation, recommendation systems, copilots, and workflow optimization.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively unblock teams.
- Define success metrics and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management/Product roles.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling them.
- Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, platform products, or digital product environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture concepts, and technical workflows.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum execution experience.
- Experience managing client-facing conversations independently.
- Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution rigor.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on AI/ML/Gen AI products.
- Exposure to LLM-based products, automation workflows, recommendation systems, semantic search, or copilots.
- Experience in consulting/product engineering environments.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
