About the Role:
We are building an AI Operator Platform where autonomous agents manage workflows across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Content Operations. This role goes beyond traditional product management — instead of writing simple feature tickets, you will define how AI agents behave, make decisions, operate autonomously, and interact with human workflows.
The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, technical understanding of AI systems, and the ability to translate complex business operations into scalable AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for AI agent systems automating business workflows across multiple domains
- Define agent behavior, decision-making authority, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop processes
- Write structured PRDs, acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge-case handling documentation
- Work closely with AI engineers on LLM, RAG, and agentic workflow systems
- Understand customer operations and map real business workflows into AI automation capabilities
- Define success metrics, operational impact measurement, and AI outcome attribution
- Manage multi-tenant SaaS configurations including onboarding, tenancy logic, permissions, and workflow customization
- Identify opportunities where AI can replace or optimize existing enterprise software and operational costs
- Drive fast execution cycles and iterative product improvements in a high-velocity environment
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to technical or AI-driven products
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on AI/ML, LLM, or automation-focused platforms
- Strong understanding of AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures
- Experience writing detailed product specifications with clear acceptance criteria and edge-case handling
- Understanding of SaaS platforms including multi-tenancy, onboarding, billing, and configuration systems
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and convert them into scalable AI automation systems
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced startup environments
Preferred Background:
- Experience building AI products in SalesTech, HRTech, FinTech, MediaTech, HealthcareTech, or EdTech
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments such as HIPAA, FERPA, or SOC 2
- Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks and output quality measurement systems
- Background working in lean, high-growth teams with ownership across discovery, execution, demos, and delivery
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation and operational optimization
