Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Technical Presales Manager. The role involves collaborating with the sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, designing tailored IT and AV solutions, and providing technical expertise during the sales process. The Technical Presales Manager will actively contribute to proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, as well as support the transition of successfully closed projects to the project implementation team. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and building strong relationships with partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strong experience in Team Management and Project Management for planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
- Technical Support capabilities to assist the sales team during pre-sales efforts and address customer queries effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to build client trust and foster strong partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications or experience in IT and AV solutions are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment in Chennai.
