As an OEM of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), we are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support our growing AV & IT business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers, partners, schools, corporates, and government clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV/IT solutions
- Handle pre-sales activities for:
- Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)
- Video Conferencing Solutions
- Digital Signage
- OPS, Mini PCs & IT Hardware
- Prepare BOQs, technical compliance sheets, solution architecture, and product comparisons
- Support sales team during tenders, bidding, and project discussions
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for technical support and project execution
- Provide installation guidance, product configuration, and troubleshooting support
- Handle remote and on-site technical support for customers and channel partners
- Conduct product training sessions for dealers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain technical documentation, installation reports, and customer support records
- Assist in testing new products, firmware updates, and compatibility checks
- Ensure timely closure of customer technical issues and service coordination
Skills Required:
✔ Knowledge of AV Products & IFP Solutions
✔ Basic Networking & Hardware Troubleshooting Skills
✔ Good Communication & Presentation Skills
✔ Experience in Technical Documentation & Customer Handling
✔ MS Excel, PowerPoint & Reporting Knowledge
Qualification:
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field
- Experience in AV, IT Hardware, System Integration, or EdTech industry preferred
