Pre-Sales Lead
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Lead who can bridge deep technical expertise with sharp commercial instincts. You'll own the solutions narrative for complex infrastructure and cybersecurity pursuits from early discovery through proposal and closure — working closely with delivery, account, and leadership teams across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end pre-sales for infrastructure and cybersecurity deals — scoping, solutioning, and proposal development
Engage directly with CIO/CISO-level stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into compelling technical solutions
Build and present solution architectures spanning on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
Drive RFP/RFI responses, PoC planning, and technical due diligence for strategic pursuits
Collaborate with delivery and CoE leads to ensure proposed solutions are viable, costed accurately, and aligned with capability
Maintain a strong feedback loop between sales, delivery, and product to continuously refine the service portfolio
Contribute to capability positioning, battle cards, and competitive intelligence for the IMSS practice
Infrastructure Expertise
Strong hands-on or solutioning background in on-prem data center infrastructure — compute, storage, networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Proven experience designing and positioning cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP — including IaaS, PaaS, landing zones, and hybrid connectivity
Familiarity with DC modernization, cloud migration frameworks (CAF, WAF), and managed services models (IaaS/DCaaS)
Understanding of ITIL-based service delivery, SLAs, and infrastructure lifecycle management
Cybersecurity Expertise
Solid grounding in cybersecurity domains — SOC/SIEM, IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2)
Ability to articulate cyber risk in business terms and map security services to client risk posture
Familiarity with MSSP models, MDR/XDR, zero trust architecture, and cloud-native security tooling
Experience positioning security solutions at the C-suite level — CISO conversations, board-level risk narratives
What You Bring
10+ years in IT services, with at least 4–5 years in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or customer-facing technical role
Proven track record of winning large, complex infrastructure or security deals
Strong proposal writing, executive presentation, and whiteboarding skills
Experience with deal structuring, commercial modeling, and pricing for managed services engagements
Excellent communication skills — equally comfortable in a boardroom and a technical war room

Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect · Azure Solutions Expert · GCP Professional Cloud Architect
Security: CISSP · CISM · CompTIA Security+ · SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect)
Infrastructure & ITSM: CCNP / CCIE (preferred) · ITIL v4 Foundation
