About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a PMO
Executive. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong management background and a keen
interest in Project Management Office (PMO) functions, data handling, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in PMO activities including planning, tracking, and reporting of projects
● Handle and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
● Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation
● Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress
● Support project governance and process improvements
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
● Contribute to overall project efficiency and timely delivery
Mandatory Requirements
● MBA graduate (mandatory)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
● Experience in data handling, reporting, or management-related tasks
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
● Interest and enthusiasm for working in a Technical PMO environment
Preferred / Value-Added Skills
● Ability to guide and inspire teams
