Hiring: Project Manager – Workflow & Automation Programs Pierian Services | Bengaluru
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager (8–10 yrs) to drive end-to-end delivery of our workflow & automation programs across development, delivery, and operations teams.
You'll need:
- Cross-functional program management experience in fintech, supply chain, or BPM
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools — Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and Git/Bitbucket workflows
- Experience with workflow/low-code platforms (Kissflow, Power Automate, Zoho Qntrl, or similar)
- Meticulous planning, crisp reporting, and excellent stakeholder communication
Bonus: Understanding of F&A processes (AP, AR, GL) and Agile certifications.
This isn't a "forward the status email" PM role. You'll read pull requests, challenge estimates, guide AI tool adoption, and own the plan daily — not weekly.
