Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Operations Manager based in Chennai, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Operations Manager will oversee operational processes, ensure system optimization, and enforce technical best practices to maintain smooth business operations. The role involves managing team performance, monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to meet business goals. Candidates will also be expected to maintain documentation of technical workflows, ensure compliance, and support the scaling of technical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational process management, system optimization, and enforcing technical best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in technical workflows and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of compliance standards and experience in scaling technical infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
