Job Description
Field End User Computing (EUC) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to provide critical BAU activities in the computer health and hygiene space, specifically ensuring the fleet of computers in the field are compliant with OS patches, security updates and monitored across our various security tool consoles. Project management displines to drive key EUC initiatives (Windows 11 and Azure AD) within the FIELD EUC engineering team and analysis for multiple initiatives within the organization. This involves planning and effectively coordinating work efforts, resolving issues, and ensuring all initiative deliverables are met on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AMPI resources - Lead new and ongoing projects to meet scope and schedule.
Develop and maintain a technical work plan at the level of detail which indicates the deliverables, resources, timeline for completion and the dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings; ensure the deliverables, timeline, goals & objectives are understood and agreed upon with leadership and resources.
Partner with Field Implementation Team to develop field change strategy, implementation & communication plans, and ensure project implementation success.
Coordinate and integrate multiple plans to ensure effective execution.
Provide leadership to the team through effective coaching & feedback.
Act as champion for the engineering team and intervene on matters that create roadblocks to individual or project success. - Provide weekly status reports.
Provide analysis and reporting on ongoing BAU initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field.
3+ years of people leadership and project management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing.
Proven track record to lead, build, influence and maintain positive relationships with key business partners to drive initiatives.
Ability to work independently with high initiative and comfortable working in a team environment. - Detail oriented and structured.
High level of competency using O365 and Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Effectively documents and publishes role and team responsibilities and repeatable processes Improves processes and introduces superior technology.
Extensive experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 Working knowledge of computer hardware/software
