About the Role
As a Technical Operations & Sales Coordination Intern, you will support our sales and operations teams by coordinating customer requirements, managing backend activities, understanding technical products, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
This role is ideal for engineering graduates who possess good communication skills and are interested in business operations within a technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer follow-ups, quotations, order updates, and documentation.
- Understand Yudu Robotics products, components, and technical specifications to effectively support customer discussions.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, installations, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and customer reports.
- Track customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the respective departments.
- Support inventory and product dispatch coordination whenever required.
- Assist in planning exhibitions, customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales events.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Good understanding of basic electronics, robotics, automation, or IoT concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of robots, sensors, actuators, motors, controllers, and electronic components.
- Prior internship or academic project in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.
- Experience using CRM tools or project management software is an advantage.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Location: Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Travel: Occasional travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, or product demonstrations, if required.
- Stipend: As per company standards
