Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations Executive to support daily operational workflows across multiple internal and external platforms.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, technically inclined, and capable of handling platform operations, monitoring activities, data-related tasks, and process coordination efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational workflows across multiple systems and platforms
- Perform validation, monitoring, and quality checks for ongoing operations
- Handle data processing, reporting, and operational support activities
- Coordinate with external platforms, vendors, and service providers
- Monitor system activities and assist in issue identification and escalation
- Maintain operational accuracy, documentation, and process tracking
- Support technical and platform-related operational requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
- Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency and platform performance
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and web-based systems
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging workflows
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar systems
- Comfortable working with operational dashboards and monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and web infrastructure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cloudflare services, Workers, and domain management
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana
- Exposure to APIs, automation workflows, or platform integrations
- Prior experience in operations, technical support, or platform management roles
