*Role Overview*
We are looking for a skilled Technical Operations Engineer (DevOps + Email Infrastructure) to support and scale our technical systems. This role focuses on managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing email delivery systems, and ensuring high system reliability for our campaigns and platforms.
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Set up, monitor, and optimize email delivery systems (SMTP, APIs, bulk sending tools)
Ensure high email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming, domain reputation)
Automate deployment pipelines and workflows (CI/CD)
Monitor system performance, uptime, and troubleshoot issues
Handle server configuration, scaling, and security best practices
Integrate tools for marketing automation and CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution
