Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Operational Analyst to monitor, coordinate, and track the performance of multiple teams. This role involves closely overseeing daily operations across departments including development, design, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track daily activities of 10–15 team members across departments
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain and review daily task updates, reports, and performance trackers
- Coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Analyze workflow processes and identify inefficiencies or delays
- Ensure proper execution of technical and non-technical projects
- Provide regular status updates and insights to management
- Act as a bridge between management and execution teams
- Enforce accountability, ownership, and discipline within teams
- Use tracking tools and dashboards to monitor project progress
Candidate Profile- Strong leadership presence with ability to handle and monitor teams
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Confident in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workflows
Requirements- Minimum 1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, or team handling roles
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE (Preferred)
- Good understanding of technical workflows (development, design lifecycle, etc.)
- Experience in monitoring or coordinating technical projects
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, task trackers)
- Strong command over MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Finance, Ops)
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Experience in reporting dashboards or performance tracking
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
