Role Description
The Technical Operation Executive will oversee and maintain the smooth functioning of parking operations while ensuring technical systems are effectively managed. Daily responsibilities include handling technical systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with company standards. The role also requires analyzing technical challenges, proposing solutions, and coordinating with team members for enhanced outcomes. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical issues and conducting Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Electricity-related systems and their maintenance
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and address operational challenges effectively
- Strong Communication skills for coordination with team members
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in technical operations, facility management, or related roles is an advantage
