Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Officer based in the Pune Division. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting laboratory analyses, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective application of the company's products. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data, enhancing product performance, communicating technical insights, and delivering excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data, solve problems, and improve product performance
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Laboratory Skills with a focus on quality control and process optimization
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to address client queries and provide technical guidance effectively
- Technical knowledge of fertilizers, soil chemistry, and agricultural practices is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the fertilizer or agriculture industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
