Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Mentor / English Mentor based in Tamil Nadu. The Mentor will oversee mentoring students in essential technical and communication skills required for placement. Key responsibilities include delivering interactive training sessions, designing course content, conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting personalized learning journeys. The role will also involve guiding students to enhance their confidence and readiness for interviews and professional environments.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English communication, including reading, writing, and public speaking.
- Location : Anywhere around Tamil Nadu and Bangalore
- Experience with training or mentoring students in technical skills and soft skills.
- Ability to create engaging educational or instructional content.
- Passion for teaching and working with young professionals to develop their abilities.
- Adaptability to support learners with varied skill levels and learning styles.
- Previous experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in tech hiring and emerging technologies is desirable.
