The company supplies and integrates advanced sensors and display solutions for land, naval, and air platforms. An established supplier to Indian DPSUs, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and private defence companies, its low-light and night-vision systems are deployed across armoured vehicles, submarines, and infantry platforms in India.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Manager – Defence & Space EO Systems with strong expertise in thermal imaging, electro-optics, and defence programs to drive customer engagement, business growth, and strategic partnerships across the Indian defence and space ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
•Strong understanding of thermal imaging systems, detectors, optics, and electro-optic payloads
•Experience in defence or space industry business development / technical marketing
•Ability to engage with DRDO labs, defence PSUs, armed forces users, system integrators, and OEMs
•Familiarity with procurement processes, technical evaluations, and defence programs
•Strong techno-commercial communication and presentation skills
•Experience with indigenous defence programs and Make in India ecosystem preferred
Preferred Profile:
•Ex-DRDO / Defence PSU / Defence Industry professional
•Experience in thermal imagers, night vision, ISR systems, targeting systems, or related electro-optic technologies
•Existing network within Indian defence and space ecosystem would be an advantage
