Role Description: Technical Marketing Manager (0→1 | Product + GTM)
We are seeking a full-time Technical Marketing Manager to join hands as part of our Founding Office. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and market needs by developing and executing technical marketing strategies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with Founding team to align marketing efforts with product development
- Provide technical insights and support, and develop marketing collaterals.
- Work directly with the founding team to define messaging, build use cases & create sales & product narratives
- Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends and contribute to the creation of technical content and materials that highlight the value propositions of our solutions.
- Use-Case Driven Content that translate features → outcomes. Create 1-pagers, Explainers & Demo flows.
- Create sales enablement assets such as Pitch decks, Pilot proposals & ROI storytelling.
This role is not a performance marketing role, social media manager or just “content writing”.
Qualifications
- Know the difference between Technical Marketing & Commercial Marketing.
- Expertise in Technical Marketing, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Sales and Product Management to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
- Skills in Research and Development (R&D), including analyzing trends and translating customer needs into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling technical marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making processes.
- A background in technology, engineering, or marketing, with a bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the identity intelligence, security, or access control industry is highly desirable.
