Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Marketing Engineer to strengthen our Business Development team for EPC Substation Projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, client engagement, proposal coordination, and managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct technical presentations and marketing discussions with prospective clients
- Handle the complete sales cycle including inquiry analysis, proposal submission, negotiation, and order finalization
- Coordinate with proposal, estimation, and technical teams for timely submissions
- Participate in vendor registrations, pre-bid meetings, and client interactions
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, leads, and project opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the power sector
- Support management in achieving business growth targets
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in EPC / Substation / Power Infrastructure Projects
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of EPC substation projects and power sector business
- Ability to manage client relationships and negotiations effectively
- Knowledge of project execution processes and tendering activities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
