Technical Program Manager About the Role: The Product Delivery & Success team drives end-to-end execution across core digital transformation priorities by collaborating across functions to accelerate enterprise-wide digital initiatives. A key focus of the Delivery Team is to provide governance, structure, and oversight through Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Scrum Masters for major transformation programs. The TPM role is both hands-on and leadership-focused???responsible for delivering excellence while managing and coaching a team of Scrum Masters. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end program management across multiple cross-functional initiatives, from conception through design, development, and delivery of tested prototypes. Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and design stakeholders to define scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines. Lead and coach Scrum Masters on delivery frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and organizational tools/processes. Identify and address technical, procedural, legal, and logistical challenges; partner with leads to develop creative solutions and risk mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder communication, including facilitating meetings, workshops, and updates to senior leadership. Balance strategic priorities with tactical delivery needs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives. Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Apply technical expertise in areas such as object-oriented modeling, APIs & web services, middleware, databases, and data mining systems. Champion Agile principles, fostering adoption and continuous improvement across teams. Monitor project health, tracking progress, risks, and issues; ensure transparent reporting to senior stakeholders. Required Experience and Skills: At least 3???5 years as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Lead, or equivalent role. Proven track record delivering complex technical programs, ideally in consumer goods, consulting, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong ability to connect dots across workstreams, identify dependencies, and drive alignment. Pragmatic, iterative approach to building and shipping software with measurable outcomes. Ability to dive deep into infrastructure, datasets, and integration/testing requirements for successful deployments. Technical adaptability and familiarity with modern programming languages and technologies; prior development experience is a plus. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to translate feature requests into actionable technical and business solutions. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), with proven success in Agile adoption and organizational transformation. Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to streamline Agile project execution. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
