Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
Define program scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
Drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at leadership and executive levels.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Track program progress, budgets, and resource utilization; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and compliance standards.
Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks across teams.
Mentor project managers and delivery leads; promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12–15 years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management / Large-scale Delivery roles.
Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proven experience managing multiple projects, distributed teams, and complex dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including leadership and C-suite interaction).
Strong risk management, planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
