Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Manager will manage technical teams, provide technical support, oversee projects, conduct research and development, and ensure the smooth delivery of technical solutions. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project goals and develop strategies to optimize processes and achieve technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate technical challenges and implement efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in team management and leadership to guide and motivate technical teams effectively.
- Experience in technical support and a deep understanding of customer service protocols.
- Knowledge and expertise in research and development (R&D) and the ability to drive innovation.
- Project management skills to oversee planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a technical or managerial role is highly desirable.
