🚀 Hiring: Technical Manager – AI Medical Devices & Product Engineering
📍 Location: Chennai

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to lead the development of next-generation AI-enabled medical software products. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built products from concept to commercialization and is passionate about solving complex healthcare challenges through AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from architecture and design to production deployment.
- Drive technical strategy across AI, Software Engineering, Full-Stack Development, Cloud, and MLOps.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams comprising AI/ML, Software Development, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers.
- Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and business stakeholders to build innovative healthcare solutions.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software aligned with medical device and healthcare industry standards.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software product development with proven engineering leadership.
- Strong expertise in Python, C++, C#, React.js, Angular, Node.js, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Image Analysis, Deep Learning, Medical Imaging, AI Model Deployment, and MLOps.
- Exposure to DICOM, PACS, HL7/FHIR, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of building products from scratch through successful commercial deployment.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Medical Devices, Healthcare AI, Medical Imaging, Digital Health, Robotics, or other regulated healthcare software environments are highly preferred.
