Job Title: Techno-Commercial Executive – Textile Dyes & Chemicals Company: Kapila Colours Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi (with extensive travel across Delhi NCR and surrounding textile hubs)

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Executive who can seamlessly blend technical hands-on expertise with a strong sales drive. In this role, you will be the face of our technical support on the shop floor while actively managing and expanding our commercial footprint in the Delhi NCR and neighboring textile markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Trials: Conduct, manage, and supervise on-site textile dyeing and printing trials at customer facilities to demonstrate product efficacy (including premium ranges like DyStar).
- Application Support: Troubleshoot shade matching, process optimization, and technical issues directly with client technical teams on the shop floor.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch our comprehensive product portfolio (dyes, auxiliaries, and specialty chemicals), and convert leads into active accounts.
- Market Coverage: Actively cover and service prominent textile hubs around Delhi NCR, building strong relationships with process houses, printers, and manufacturers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups, understand client volume requirements, and provide tailored chemical solutions to optimize their production costs and quality.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Textile Chemistry, Textile Processing, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in textile wet processing, specifically in dyeing and printing applications.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the geography and key players in the textile markets around Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both factory floor technicians and corporate purchase managers.
