Job Title: Technical Manager (Full Stack / AI Background)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 9+Years
Note: We are only looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Manager with strong experience in software development and AI/ML. The candidate will lead engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions. This role requires a mix of hands-on coding, leadership, and client interaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers across backend, frontend, and AI projects
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Drive end-to-end development (design, development, testing, deployment)
- Collaborate with product and business teams for requirement analysis
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Mentor and guide team members technically
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to AI/ML solution design and integration
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of software development experience, including more than 4 years in leadership
- Strong expertise in any one backend technology: Python / Node.js / .NET
- Experience with frontend technologies like React.js /Angular.js
- Strong experience in building REST APIs and microservices
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability
AI/ML Requirements:
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and lifecycle
- Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI / APIs integration
- Ability to work on AI-driven applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with US clients
