Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Manager role based in Vasai. The Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate technical activities across projects, ensuring delivery quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to sustainability standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, reviewing technical reports and valuations, and providing guidance on green building, energy efficiency, and decarbonization solutions. The role involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, supporting R&D initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, clients, and partners. The Technical Manager will also troubleshoot technical issues, standardize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret technical data, assess risks, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to mentor, coordinate, and motivate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Hands-on technical support experience in engineering, sustainability, or built-environment projects, including problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Background in research and development (R&D), preferably in green building, energy efficiency, decarbonization, or related fields.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with green building rating systems, energy audits, or ESG/decabonization frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Vasai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, mission-driven work environment.
