Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Manager role located in Mumbai. As a Technical Manager, you will lead and manage technical teams to ensure project delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing technical solutions, overseeing infrastructure development, managing IT operations, and driving innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry best practices. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and provide mentorship to the technical team.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in solution design, IT infrastructure management, and systems architecture
- Experience in managing technical teams and overseeing end-to-end project execution
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices in technology and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation in the housing finance and real estate domain
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in housing finance, real estate, or financial services sectors is a plus
