Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong Technical Manager to lead a young, motivated, and talented engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing technology deliveries while acting as the key bridge between the domain/business teams and the technical development team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AI models, AI integration with applications, cloud technologies, solution architecture, and end-to-end web/mobile application development. The role requires strong ownership, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee execution of technical roadmaps and development activities.
- Collaborate closely with domain/business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable architectures and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and cloud solutions.
- Drive integration of AI/ML models into web and mobile applications.
- Ensure best practices in coding, deployment, security, performance optimization, and system scalability.
- Regularly present project updates, risks, and progress reports to leadership/stakeholder teams.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
- Strong experience in AI/ML models and integration of AI capabilities into applications.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design.
- Experience in web and mobile application development frameworks and technologies.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams, drive execution, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with high attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
