Day-to-day management of internal analytical laboratory and its staff.Accountable for the safety for the Analytical Laboratory and responsible for the safety of the people working in the analytical laboratory, including the development and maintenance of an effective Chemical Hygiene Plan.Constantly look for areas for Business Development and accordingly engage in Marketing.Compiles and analyzes test information to determine operating efficiency of process or equipment and to diagnose malfunctions.Confers with chemist/technicians to conduct analyses, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.Develop new methods and capabilities in response to changing regulatory requirements.Analyze and review goal attainment and develop plans to improve performance of the branch.Achieve 100% accuracy for testing results.Ensure staff is trained in service and other skills as established by the company.Implementing and managing company policies and professional standards.Cost Budgeting.Manage cash loss prevention procedures and established security policies.Manage Audits meeting all requirements with zero errors.
